  • Names and emails submitted by viewers through your webinar's lead capture forms.
  • Chat messages sent during live webinar sessions.

d) Usage & Technical Data

  • Browser type, device type, IP address, and referring URL.
  • Pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 762691373340620), a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel allows us to:

  • OpenAI / Groq — AI transcription and content analysis (video transcripts only, no personal data).
  • Meta Platforms — advertising and analytics via Meta Pixel.

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable law.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests (e.g., billing records).

  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
